Ruth Lindroos

Ruth Lindroos is the founder of RS Coaching Oy, and obtains the leading role of the RSCF research team. The research team has integrated the cornerstones of Rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT) to a four-principle coaching framework known as the Rational sport coaching framework (RSCF). The chief aim of the RSCF is to support performers to maintain and enhance their capability to function optimally in pursuit of their personal goals, amidst the copious and inevitable adversities that characterise high-pressure climates.

Ruth has been working in the field of sports from 2013, with an emphasis on professional coaching and sport business contracting. She strives to explore the relationship of mental and physical performance by reflecting science, practice and what is still unknown to support performers’ development and autonomy.

Ruth has travelled over 30 countries, lived in Germany, Finland, England, Hong Kong, and is currently residing in Jyväskylä, Finland. International cooperation is of vital importance for her to ensure the rationale, competitiveness and edge of completed work now and in the years to come.
